It is with heartfelt sorrow that we announce the passing of Marni Lynn Addison on September 1, 2026, at the age of 62 following a recent diagnosis of an aggressive cancer.

Born on August 25, 1964, in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, she was the daughter of Mark Edward Tuttle and Loni Wynn Pavlica. Marni was a graduate of Fannin County High School. She was a long-time resident of Blue Ridge, GA and most recently Brasstown, NC. Marni was an avid reader, loved being outside tending to her garden, and above all else doting on her grandbabies.

Marni leaves behind her children Joshua (Sarah) Addison and Sydni Addison, grandchildren Liam and Sophia Addison, and brother Mark (Roseann) Tuttle, Jr. She was preceded in death by her parents and late husband, Ricky Addison.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 12, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. from the Akins-Cobb Blue Ridge Chapel. Visitation will be held prior to the service from 11:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. Floral tributes in memory of Marni will be accepted at the funeral home. 

She will be deeply missed and will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
