Mr. Marion "David" Conrad, Jr., age 48, of Morganton, GA passed away Tuesday, April 17, 2012 in the VistaCare at Emory Midtown Hospital in Atlanta, GA. Mr. Conrad was born in Atlanta, GA on November 21, 1963. He was a self-employed auto mechanic and of the Roman Catholic faith. He is survived by his wife, Sharon Pittman Conrad of Blue Ridge; a son, David Anthony of Mineral Bluff, GA; parents David Conrad, Sr. and Martha Howard Conrad of Mineral Bluff, GA; a brother, Dean Conrad of Mineral Bluff; nieces and nephews, Taylor Conrad, Drew Conrad, and Marley Conrad; aunts, uncles and many other relatives and friends also survive. Mr. Conrad was cremated and memorial services will be held at a later date. Akins Funeral Home of Blue Ridge is in charge of arrangements. .
