Mrs. Marilyn Dale Seabolt, age 75, of Blue Ridge, GA passed away Tuesday, February 16, 2016 at her home. Mrs. Seabolt was born in Copperhill, TN on May 3, 1940 to the late Oren Dale and Cleo Bruce Dale. She was a member of the Full Gospel Tabernacle. She was preceded in death by her husband, Cecil Dean Seabolt and a sister, Edith Dale Williams. She is survived by a son, Tim Seabolt of Blairsville, GA; daughters and sons-in-law, Angela and John McCoy of Jasper, GA and Alisa and Erik L. Walker of Signal Mountain, TN; brothers, Harold Dale of Kingston, TN, Carroll Dale of Knoxville, TN and Roger Dale of Tampa, FL; a sister, Jean Anderson of Blue Ridge; special friend, Helen Hensley; 8 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. Funeral services were conducted Friday, February 19, 2016 at 3:00 p.m. from the Akins of Blue Ridge Chapel with Brother Joe Roberts and Brother J.T. Padgett officiating. Music was by Dean and Charlotte Moore and Patsy Padgett. Pallbearers were Micah McCoy, Zack McCoy, Eric Willams, John McCoy, Eric Walker and Devin Cordin. Bretton Williams will serve as an honorary pallbearer. Interment followed in Damascus Cemetery in Lumpkin County, GA. Akins Funeral Home of Blue Ridge was in charge of arrangements. .
