Mr. Lynn Edward Ensley, age 65, of McCaysville, GA passed away Monday, October 5, 2009 in the Erlanger Medical Center in Chattanooga, TN. He was born in Polk County, TN on November 16, 1943. Mr. Ensley was an ironworker and was owner of his own business, Ensley Erectors. He was a member of Bethel Church, a United States veteran and was preceded in death by his father, Edward Lee Ensley. He is survived by son and daughter-in-law, Lee Ensley and LeAnn Ensley of Blue Ridge, GA; son, Grant Ensley of Blue Ridge, GA; daughter and son-in-law, Monica Ensley Lawson and Mike Lawson of Sweetwater, TN; his mother, Helen Stillwell Ensley of McCaysville, GA; sisters and brothers-in-law, Carol and Don Fowler of Marietta, GA, Brenda and Jim Proctor of Ducktown, TN, Ann Acuff of McCaysville, GA, and Mary Jo and Joe Dickey of McCaysville, GA; two grandchildren, Tyler Ensley and Dawn Hood. Funeral services were conducted Saturday, October 10, 2009 at 3:00 p.m. from Bethel Church with Rev. Doug Payne and Rev. Renny Ryder officiating. Music was provided by Bethel Church Choir. Pallbearers were John Kiker, George Ensley, Kenny Williams, Ray Stillwell, Chris Chastain, Joel Dickey, Scott Fowler, and Bill Goss. Honorary pallbearers were Doc Stillwell, Joe Stillwell, Brian Stillwell, Ed O'Neal, Carl, O'Neal Wesley Ensley, and Ralph Ensley. Interment followed in Bethel Church Cemetery.
