Lowery William Carter, age 71, of Turtletown, TN, passed away Monday, July 9, 2018. Lowery was born in Murphy, NC, to the late Albert and Lorraine Swanson Carter. He was self-employed in construction. He was also preceded in death by wife, Barbara Allen Carter.He is survived by sons, William (Virginia) Carter, Jeffrey Carter and Keith Carter; Step-Father, Franklin Grant; Step-sons, Charles Loudermilk, Gary Loudermilk, Jamie Loudermilk, and Dennis Loudermilk.Mr. Carter's wishes were to be cremated and no services planned. .
