Lois Marie Jones Stiles, age 85, of the Copper Basin Health and Rehab passed away peacefully on June 16, 2023. She was a Cherokee County, NC native born to the late Clarence and Opal Torrence Jones on June 9, 1938. She lived in Newtown, CT for over 20 years before she returned home to North Carolina in 1993. She retired as a Corporate Research and Development Technician with Berol Corp. Mrs. Stiles was an avid animal lover. Preceding her in death includes her parents; husband, Jack H. Stiles; grandsons, Jarred Stiles and Jason Stiles; great grand daughter, Nevaeh Stiles.

Survivors include daughter and son-in-law, Janice and Bill Andras of Mooresville, NC, Jeff and Kate Stiles of Benton, TN, Jerry Stiles, Jay Stiles and James Stiles all of Murphy, NC; 13 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.

At the request of Mrs. Stiles, no services will be held. Interment will be next to her loving husband in the Maple Grove Baptist Church Cemetery in Turtletown, TN.
