Mrs. Lois Ruth "Greo" Colwell, age 88 of Blue Ridge, GA passed away on Sunday, April 14, 2013 at her home. Mrs. Colwell was born in Columbus, OH on March 17, 1925 to the late John William and Orpha Edith Wishon. She was owner of Colwell Well Drilling in Cuyahoga Falls, OH. Mrs. Colwell was of the Baptist Faith. She enjoyed quilting, sewing and was an artist. Mrs. Colwell retired in l973 in OH, moved to Sedona, AZ and in 1988 moved to Gilmer County, GA. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Hayden Colwell and brother, William Edward Wishon.She is survived by children; James and Shirley Colwell of Kent, OH and Alice and John Reihart of Glendale, AZ; six grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren also survive.Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday, April 18, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. from the Akins of Blue Ridge Chapel with Dr. David Griffin officiating. Interment will follow in Chastain Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, April 17, 2013 from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Mrs. Colwell to Cherry Log Christian Church, P.O.
