Libbie Hedden Johnson, age 82, of the Life Care Center of the Copper Basin who passed away Monday, August 20th. Libbie was a native of the Polk County area and was a daughter of the late Joseph Allen and Eva Sutton Hedden. She had retired with the Famous Furniture Department Store where she worked as a Credit Manager. She was survived by daughters, Patricia and husband Ralph Shubert of Ducktown, TN and Radine and husband, Vincent Flippo of Jackson, MI; one sister, Patsy and husband, J.L. Postell of Turtletown, TN; five grandchildren; seven great grandchildren. Funeral services were conducted Wednesday, August 22nd at 2:00 p.m. from the Akins of Copperhill Chapel with Rev. Kenneth Montgomery officiating. Music was by Janice Reid. Grandsons served as pallbearers included, James Nipper, Sean Nipper, Jacob Shubert, Joshua St. John, Stan Bojanowski and Michael Ingram.
