Laura Ann (Griffin) Grant, 79, of Epworth, GA, passed away at her home on January 9, 2026. Born on February 6, 1946, she was raised in Largo, FL, where she established enduring friendships and married Patrick F. Grant on April 29, 1967. The couple lived in San Diego, CA, and Seattle, WA, before returning to Largo to raise their family.

Dedicated to her community, Laura was active in the PTA and both the Boy and Girl Scouts. She also served as a City Planning Technician for the City of Largo until she and Patrick retired to their mountain home.

Laura was preceded in death by her husband, Patrick; her grandson, Macaulie Cornett; her sister, Pamela (Grant) Kontodiakos; and both of their Parents.

She is survived by her children, Jacob P. Grant (Erika) and Jessica Grant-Whitehair (Thomas); her grandchildren, Mack, Chloe, Chelsea, and Braden; and her siblings, Linda (Griffin) Dutcher (James), Maureen (Grant) Grubbs (James), Thomas Grant (Susan), and Billy Joe Ward (Paige).

Laura will be fondly remembered for her generosity, her love of gardening, and her talent for creating intricate beaded jewelry. At this time, there are no services planned.
