Larry Cochran, age 72, of Copperhill, passed away on Monday, June 7, 2021 at home. He was born on May 6, 1949 in McCaysville, GA to the late Kenneth Junior Cochran and Bonnie Louise Goodwin Cochran. Larry retired from K&S Tank Line as a truck driver. He was of the Baptist Faith and recently attended Victory Baptist Church. Larry was an avid Nascar and Dirt Track Fan. Survivors are his wife of fifty-two years, Shirley Cochran of the home; son and daughter-in-law, James Cochran (Amy) of Copperhill, TN; grandchild, Logan Cochran of Copperhill, TN; siblings, Roy Cochran (Dellamae) of Copperhill, TN, Sheila Gladson (Ronnie) of Copperhill, TN, Lisa Grindstaff (Mike) of Epworth, GA, and Kenny Cochran (Jennifer Bivens) of Copperhill,TN; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Deborah Smith of Copperhill,TN, Charlotte Morrow (Hank) of Turtletown, TN, Vickie Garrett (Lee) of Farner, TN. and Sandy Clark (Darrell) of Cohutta, GA; aunt, Joann Cheatham of Copperhill, TN; numerous nieces and nephews also survive. Graveside services were conducted on Wednesday, June 9, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. from the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery, Pleasant Hill Road, Copperhill, TN with Rev Danny Swallows officiating. Music was provided by Renee Ledford. Pallbearers were Troy Dillard, Mike Grindstaff, Michael Worley, Mikey Worley, Carlos Wilson, and Scott Rogers. Honorary Pallbearers were Charles Patterson, Kenneth "Greasey" Stuart, Sr., Roger Hall, and Kim Corn.
