Mr. Willie Kimsey White, age 81, of Blue Ridge, Georgia passed away on August 24, 2023 at his home. He was born on May 28, 1942 in Blue Ridge, Georgia to the late Willie Robert White and Velvia Lewis White. He was a member of Young's Chapel Baptist Church. He worked as a brick mason for over 45 years. Kimsey enjoyed spending all of his spare time fishing whenever possible. He was preceded in death by his parents; sons, Ronnie White and Robert White; three brothers and three sisters.

He is survived by his loving wife of 61 years, Mrs. Lula White of the home; children, Terry (Cheryl) White of Blue Ridge, Georgia and Annette White Dorman (Randy) of Blairsville, Georgia; brother, Tommy White of Atlanta, Georgia; grandchildren, Joshua White, Michael Dorman, Stephen Dorman, and Titus White; and great-grandchildren, Jesse Dorman, Emberleigh Dorman, and Branson White.

Funeral services will be conducted on Monday, August 28, at 2:00 p.m. from the Akins-Cobb Blue Ridge Chapel with Rev. Grayson Jones officiating. Interment will follow in the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Jackie Cochran officiating. Pallbearers will be Stephen Dorman, Michael Dorman, Morris Callihan, Titus White, Albert Green, and Sam Parr. The family will visit with friends at the funeral home on Sunday evening, August 27, from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m.
