Kimberly Suzanne Higdon Russell, age 52, passed away on August 12, 2024 at Smokey Mountain Health and Rehab in Pigeon Forge, TN. She was born on October 7, 1971 in Copperhill, TN. Kimberly worked as a manager of the Royal Inn Hotel. She was preceded in death by her mother, Claudia Susie Higdon.

Kimberly is survived by her sons, Cody (Taiylor) Henry, Drew Russell, and Jared (Chase) Russell; daughters, Kendra Russell; grandchildren, Malleriee Henry, McKaylynn Henry, Madylynn Henry, McKinlee Henry, Brentley Russell, Isabella Russell, and Riley Russell; brother, Chris (Shelley) Higdon; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were conducted on Saturday, August 17, 2024 at 2:00 PM from the Akins-Cobb of Copperhill Chapel with Rev. Jonathan Smith officiating. Music was provided by Nakema Smith, Gracie Burkett, and Abby Smith. Interment followed in the Patterson Cemetery. Pallbearers were Jared Russell, Cody Henry, James Cearley, Drew Russell, Dale Ray, and Wesley Cearley.
