Kathy Dawn Payne, age 50, of Mineral Bluff, GA passed away Friday, March 15, 2013. Kathy was born in Titusville, Florida and had worked as a Nurses Aid at the Blue Ridge Healthcare.She is survived by friend, James Ross; daughter, Krystal Dawn Yongue; parents, Ruby Dillard and Ronald Jenkins; sister, Elizabeth Hughes; grandchildren, Victoria Dawn Inbody, Trevor Inbody and Chloe Inbody.Mrs. Payne was cremated with no memorial services planned.
