Mrs. Katherine Marie Tanner, age 66, of Blue Ridge, GA passed away July 7, 2014 at her home. Born in Fannin County, GA, she was the daughter of the late Ernest and Lillie Marie White Dilbeck. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Mr. Frank Tanner. Mrs. Tanner was a long time member of the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church. Survivors include two sons, Marty Tanner of Blue Ridge; Jason and wife Jessica Tanner all of Blue Ridge, GA; brothers, Donnie Dilbeck of Blue Ridge, GA, Junior Dilbeck of Alpharetta, GA and Mike Dilbeck of Blue Ridge, GA; sisters, Doris Dilbeck and Lisa Green both of Blue Ridge, GA; grandchildren, Carter Beaver, Addison Tanner, Tiffany Tanner, Justin Tanner, Jacqlyn Tanner, T.T. Tanner, and Madeline Tanner.Funeral Services were conducted on Thursday, July 10, 2014, at 2:00 p.m. from the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church with Rev. Stanley Ritter and Rev. Kenneth Mann officiating. Music was by Jimmy Ritter, Corey Whitaker and Pauline and Junior White. Interment followed in the church cemetery with Rev. Doug Pritchett officiating. Serving as pallbearers were Donnie Dilbeck, Junior Dilbeck, Mike Dilbeck, Dwayne O'Neal, Steve Gaddy and Jimmy Ritter. Honorary Pallbearers were Darla Davis, Denise Farmer, Julie Griswold and Gail Haney.
