Justin Wayne Walker, age 40, of Ellijay, Georgia, passed away on April 18, 2026.

He was born February 15, 1986, in New Smyrna Beach, Florida, and was employed as a truck driver with Lance Trucking.

Justin is loved by many and had the biggest heart. He was willing to help anyone with anything if they ever needed it. He loved the outdoors and motorcycles, but most importantly, he loved the Lord. He made sure to let everyone around him know that he was meant to be one of God's soldiers.

He is preceded in death by his grandfather, Charles "Mitch" Walker; and grandparents, Hazel and Buck Young.

Justin is survived by his children, Addi Wigington, Aubrie Walker, and Avery Walker; mother, Angela Walker; father, Ken James (Lanora); step-father, David Young; significant other, Jennifer Grimmer; siblings, Racheal Noland (Tim), Cody James (Marisa), David Walker, and Brittney Smith (Brian); grandmother, Linda Walker; aunt, Jodi Rider; uncle, Shane Walker; many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended relatives, and dear friends.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, April 23, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. from the Akins-Cobb Blue Ridge Chapel with Pastor Kenny Martin and Pastor Jerry Stewart officiating. Interment will follow in the Chastain Memorial Park Cemetery with the following gentlemen serving as pallbearers: Trent Hunter, Stacy Dills, Mike Walker, Shane Walker, Adam Rider, Robert Franklin, Josh Martin, and Jacob Engstrom. Serving as honorary pallbearers will be Larry Lance and Jeff Walker.  The family will visit with friends at the Akins-Cobb Funerals & Cremations of Blue Ridge, GA on Wednesday, April 22, 2026 from 3:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m.
