Mrs. Judy Ann Walker, age 61, of Farner, TN passed away Tuesday, December 11, 2012. Judy was born in Fannin County, Georgia to the late Harley and Willie May Croft. She was a former employee of the Powell Military Sewing Factory in Farner where she had worked as a seamstress. She was a member of the Croft's Chapel United Methodist Church.She is survived by her husband, Tommy Gene Walker of the home; sons, Bobby Walker of Farner, TN and Ronnie (Kelly) Walker of Murphy, NC; step-daughter, Judy Frank of Kingman, AZ; three grandchildren, Briana Nichole Walker, Joy Shipers and Sharlee Walker. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, December 15th at 2:00 p.m. from the Akins of Copperhill Chapel with Pastor Richard Morrow officiating. Music will be by Janice Reid and Doris Morrow. Pallbearers include Chris Dills, Bobby Walker, Ronnie Walker, Wayne White, Brian Duckworth and Darryl Taylor. Interment will follow in the Croft's Chapel cemetery with Rev. Dennis Snow officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Saturday from 11:00 a.m. until the funeral hour. Memorial Contributions may be made to help defray final expenses.
