Mrs. Judy Louise Gilliam, age 70, of Alpharetta, GA, passed away on December 11, 2017 in the North Fulton Hospital. Born in Copperhill, TN, she was the daughter of the late Ernest and Miney Pless Allen. She had worked in Sales and Customer Service for a number of years for DCA. Also preceding her in death was her brother, Herschel Allen. Survivors include her husband, Gerald Gilliam of 46 years; two sons, "Gerald" Lynn Gilliam, Jr. of Roswell, GA and Josh Gilliam of Alpharetta, GA; brothers, Virgil and wife Joyce Allen of Epworth, GA; sisters, Eleane Roberts of NC and Kathy Allen of VA. Funeral services were conducted on Wednesday, December 13, 2017 at 3:00 p.m. from the Akins Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Joey Ensley officiating. Music was provided by Stephanie and Haley Ensley.
