Joyce Ann Pinson, age 70, of Blue Ridge passed away on Thursday, February 17, 2022 after an extended illness. She was born on October 28, 1951 in Ellijay. Mrs. Joyce Pinson was called home to be with the Lord and loved ones gone on before. She was owner and operator of Mountain Ranger Military Surplus for the past twenty years. Mrs. Pinson was a warm and loving person to all. She enjoyed flea marketing, weekends by the pool with all the kids and building long lasting friendships with her Mountain Ranger Surplus Customers. Mrs. Pinson will be remembered for her smiling face and unforgettable fire truck laugh. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Pinson; father, Paul Wright; and mother, Barbara Wright. Survivors are son, Chris Pinson of Blue Ridge; daughter and son-in-law, Stacy (Alan) Stafford of Blue Ridge; brother, James Wright of Ellijay; sister, Connie ONeal of Ellijay; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Sheila and Bill Kyle of Mineral Bluff; and grandchildren, Tiffany (Scott) Sebek, Ashley Guthrie and Christian Guthrie; several nieces and nephews also survive.
