Mr. Joseph Edward Willis, age 79, of Conyers, GA passed away Thursday, May 2, 2019 at the Yellow Brick House in Lithonia, GA. Mr. Willis was born on March 18, 1940 in Copperhill, TN to the late James D. Willis and Gertrude Dalton Willis. He worked on assembly for General Motors. He is survived by his wife, Brenda G. Willis of Conyers, GA; daughter and son-in-law, Roxanne and Ray Tigue of Duluth, GA; brother and sister-in-law, James "Jimmy" and Peggy Willis of Buford, GA; sister, Ann Ross of Copperhill, TN; and two grandchildren, Joey and Hailey. Funeral services will be held Saturday, May 11, 2019 at 3:30 p.m. from the Akins of Blue Ridge Chapel with Edison Andrada officiating.
