Johnnie Mack Cole, age 70, of Akron, OH, passed away on Monday, August 1, 2022. He was born on June 12, 1952, in McCaysville, to the late Franklin Cole and Anniebell Pope Cole. Johnnie is survived by his children, Janet Cole and Michael Cole; brothers, Billy Cole and Jerry Cole; nephew, Ballan (Laura) Burrell; niece, Shannina (Bobby) Allen; cousins, Fabian (Josie) Burnette and Charlie Burnette; and numerous other nieces, nephews, cousins, and other family. Graveside services were conducted on Saturday, August 13, 2022 at 2:30 PM from the Sunrise Tabernacle Church Cemetery with Rev. Randy Hooper officiating.
