John David Ledford, age 67, of Blue Ridge, Georgia passed away on Tuesday, March 3, 2026. Born on January 30, 1959 in Blue Ridge, Georgia, he was the son of the late William Ledford and Mary Nell Smith Ledford.

He was a true mountain man at heart, happiest when surrounded by nature. David was an avid hunter who also found great joy in riding horses.

David was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Deborah Ann Ledford; and brother, Jeryl Ledford.

He is survived by his children, Nina Hyde (Jonathan), Shanda Green, and Terri Grizzle; grandchildren, Trenton Ledford, Kadynn Rich, Paisleigh Killian, Kannyon Green, Bryson Green, and Mason Green; and sister, Lois Richards (George).
