Jody Lamar Stillwell, age 46, of Mineral Bluff, Georgia passed away on Saturday, December 16, 2023 in Ducktown, Tennessee. He was born on August 24, 1977 in Copperhill, Tennessee to Don Stillwell and Sharon Allen Stillwell. Jody was a satellite truck engineer, specializing in broadcasting and media. He was of the Baptist faith.

Jody is preceded in death by his mother, Sharon (Allen) Stillwell and grandparents, Jerry and Judy (Panter) Allen and Willard and Carmel (Swanson) Stillwell.

He is survived by his father, Don Stillwell of Copperhill, TN; sister, Mary Stillwell of Mineral Bluff, GA; niece, Kaylee Conner of Mineral Bluff, GA; nephews, Sylas Keeling and Luka Keeling both of Mineral Bluff, GA; multiple aunts, uncles, and cousins also survive.

Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday, December 20, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. from the Akins-Cobb Copperhill Chapel with Rev. Brett Curtis officiating. Interment will follow in the Union Cemetery with the following gentlemen serving as pallbearers: Christopher Neal, James Keeling, Nate Allen, Ben Allen, Jason Abercrombie, and Anthony Bryant. The family will visit with friends at the funeral home on Tuesday evening, December 19, from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m.
