Mrs. Joan Ann Miller, age 75, of Blue Ridge, GA passed away Saturday, June 27, 2015 at her home. Mrs. Miller was born in Philadelphia, PA on August 4, 1939 to the late Anthony and Agnes Clymer Dicarlo. She was a homemaker and enjoyed making floral arrangements. Survivors include her husband of 58 years, Robert Miller; sons, Mike (Denise) Miller of Blue Ridge, GA, Robert Miller of Cape Coral, FL, and Jimmy (Sue) Miller of North Ft. Myers, FL; brother, Billy Rice of Cape Coral, FL; brother and sister-in-law, Bill and Judy Miller of Delaware; grandchildren, Bobby, Scotty, and Kyle Miller; and niece, Arleen Kelso.The family received friends Thursday, July 2, 2015 from 4:00-6:00 PM at Akins Funeral Home to remember the life of Mrs. Miller.
