Jeffrey Lee Ware, age 51, of Epworth, passed away on Sunday, May 29, 2022 in Chattanooga. He was born in Polk County, on November 12, 1970 to the late Hobert Ware and Ann Earley Ware. Jeff was of the Christian faith. He is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Carrie Ann Self Ware; and sisters, Missy Ware and Donna Ware. Jeff is survived by his children and their spouses, Samantha and Blake Carroll and Matthew and Katelynn Ware; grandchildren, Blakelyn Carroll, Aria Ware, and Ava Ware; brothers and sisters-in-law, Stacey and Annette Ware and Jason and Amanda Ware; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends also survive. Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday, June 1, 2022 at 2:00 pm from the Akins-Cobb Blue Ridge Chapel with Bro. Mike Jarrett and Bro. Jeremiah Jarrett officiating. Music will be provided by Jeff's granddaughters, Brian Nicholson, and Bro. Mike Jarrett. Interment will follow in the Bethel Church Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Matthew Ware, Jason Ware, Stacey Ware, Dustin Ware, Jake Ware, Melvin Jarrett, Blake Carroll, and Michael Roberts. Honorary pallbearers will be Ronnie Jarrett, Harold Jarrett, Donnie Jarrett, and Ethan Price. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday evening from 5:00 pm until 9:00 pm.
