Mr. Jeffery Howard Clonts, age 47, of Copperhill, TN passed away Monday, December 10, 2012 in the Copper Basin Medical Center in Ducktown, TN. Mr. Clonts was born in Atlanta, GA on September 22, 1965. He worked as a carpenter and was of the Baptist faith. He was preceded in death by his father Howard Henry Clonts. He is survived by his wife, Julie Ledford Clonts of McCaysville, GA; two step-children, Chase and Makenna Patterson, his mother, Bonnie Clonts of Copperhill, TN; sister, Jeanna Clonts Mixon of Rome, GA; niece, Christina Mixon Lambert; nephew, Robert Mixon III; and great nephew, Jordan Riley Hawkins. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, December 12, 2012 at 3:00 p.m. from the Akins of Blue Ridge Chapel with Rev. Doug Payne officiating. Eulogy will be by David Clonts. Pallbearers will be Bobby Davis, David Clonts, Bobby Clonts, Eddie Waters, Robert Waters, Keith Waters, Robert Mixon III, and Paul Gribble Interment will follow in Crestlawn Cemetery.
