Mr. Jason Shawn Christopher Brown, age 20, passed away August 5, 2015 at St. Jude's Hospital in Memphis, TN. Mr. Brown was born on June 19, 1995 in Blairsville, GA to Jason Brown and Lisa Ritchie Brown. He was of the Baptist faith and attended Hemptown Baptist Church. He also was a 2013 graduate of Fannin County High School.He is survived by his father, Jason Brown of Colorado Springs, CO; mother, Lisa Brown of Morganton, GA; and sisters, Jessica and Brooklyn Brown of Morganton, GA.Funeral services will be held Monday, August 10, 2015 at 4:00 PM from the Hemptown Baptist Church with Rev. David Whitener, Min. David Hester, and Rev. Jerry Pitcock officiating. Music will be provided by David and Karen Hester and Jessica Brown. Interment will follow in the church cemetery with the following gentlemen serving as pallbearers: Jason Brown, Robbie Totherow, Edward Ritchie, Brandon Brown, Christopher Davis, Lucas Wilson, Chris Davis, and David Hester. Friends may visit the family Sunday, August 9, 2015 from 2:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
