Jane Ann Sandoval, age 58, of Cherry Log, GA, passed away on January 3, 2022 at her home. She was born Kokomo, on March 20, 1963. She was preceded in death by her father, Guy Junior Phillips; and one brother, Richard Phillips. Survivors include her mother, Shirley Phillips of Russiaville, IN; siblings and their spouses, Kathi Waldman (John Mooney) Burnet, TX, Karen Dixon (Shawn Ray) of Lucedale, MS, Karri Despain of Kokomo, IN, Jo Millsaps (Johnny Millsaps) of Cherry Log, GA, Mark Phillips (Jennifer Phillips) of Chesterton, IN, David Phillips (Melissa Lablanc) of Lucedale, MS; sister-in-law, Sandra Phillips of Anderson, IN; 19 nieces and nephews and numerous great nieces and nephews. The family will host a memorial service on Sunday, January 16, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. from the Journey Church at 23 Chattahooche Rd. Blairsville, GA 30512 with Rev. Terry Sosbee and Rev.
