James Allen Hill, age 75, of Ducktown, TN formerly of Rhea Co., TN passed away Tuesday September 2, 2014. He was retired from Ross Mehan Foundries and Shaw Industries. He was preceded in death by a son, David Hill; parents, Mildred Hill and Humphrey Hill; sister, Vickie Lynn Shaw; brother, John Edward Hill.Survivors include two sisters and brother-in-laws, Helen and James Proffitt of Harrison, TN and Anna and Buddy Wright of Hilton Head, SC; special friends, Vicky, Ricky, Cassandra and Heather Goss all of Turtletown, TN; and several nieces and nephews.At the request of Mr. Hill, he was cremated and a private graveside service will be planned at a later date.
