Master Jacob Daniel Lee Collins, infant son of Brittany Renee Collins and Jacob Lee Cross, age 3 months, of Copperhill, TN passed away on Thursday, April 12, 2018 in the T.C. Thompson's Children's Hospital in Chattanooga, TN. He was born on December 29, 2017 in Chattanooga, TN.Besides his parents, he is survived by a sister, Jazmine Allen of Copperhill, TN; brother, Peyton Collins of Copperhill, TN; grandfather, Brian Collins of Copperhill, TN; grandmother, Cynthia (Michael Totherow) Totherow of Murphy, NC; and grandmother Candice Cherry of Copperhill, TN. Funeral services will be conducted on Sunday, April 15, 2018, at 2:00 pm from Akins of Copperhill Chapel with Rev. Don Padgett officiating. Pallbearers will be Jacob Cross, Brian Collins, Willie Greene, and Brett Trantham. Interment will follow in the Bethlehem Cemetery.
