Jackie Lynn Rogers, age 82, of Blue Ridge, Georgia passed away on Monday, January 19, 2026, at his home, surrounded by his loving family.

Born on February 15, 1943, in Blue Ridge, Georgia, he was the son of the late Andrew J. and Carrie Bearden Rogers. Jackie was of the Christian faith, and worked for many years at the Tennessee Copper Company. He was an avid carpenter, and enjoyed deer hunting and fishing in the mountains he called home. He loved his family, and especially enjoyed attending baseball games for his grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents; grandchild, Zachary Tyler Stuart;  and siblings, Willa Nell Plush, J.B. Rogers, Betty Dills, Shirley Chapman, Ronnie Rogers, Patsy Queen, and W.B. "Dub" Rogers.

Jackie is survived by his beloved wife of sixty-one years, Kate Rogers; son, Grady Lynn Rogers; daughter, Tina Renee Rogers; sister, Ruth Ann Patterson; grandchildren, Kasey Rogers (Tiffany), Taylor Rogers Hester (Garrett), Brianna Stuart Rosas (Derek), Bralee Stuart Keith (Jeremy), Candace King (Jake), Gracie Rogers, and Summer Rogers; great-grandchildren, Kason, Ellie Mae, Sophie, Braxton, Bowen, Paisley, Elsie, Maggie, Callie, Remi, Raelyn, and Brody; several nieces, nephews, other relatives, and dear friends.

Graveside memorial services were held on Thursday, January 22, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. from the Copper Ridge Memory Gardens with Min. Derek Rosas officiating.
