Illa Marie Payne, age 40, of McCaysville, GA, passed away on Saturday, March 14, 2020 at Fannin Hospital in Blue Ridge. Illa was born on March 10, 1980 in Baton Rouge, Louisianna to John and Patsy Renfrow Payne.
Illa is survived by her mother Patsy, and several other relatives and friends.
Private family services will be held in Louisianna at a later date.
