Herbert William Lindley, age 75, of Ducktown, TN passed away Monday, January 19, 2009. Mr. Lindley was born in Philadelphia, PA and was of the Catholic Faith. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He received a Diploma in Machine Shop Technology from the Bucks County Tech School in 1968 which later led to employment with the Pennington School as a Machinist in their maintenance department. He was licensed with the Boiler Operators in the state of New Jersey. He was preceded in death by several brothers and sisters.He is survived by his wife Kathleen Ann Costigan Lindley of Ducktown, TN; one daughter, Ann and husband, George Keiper of Ducktown, TN; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, James and June Costigan of Murfreesboro, TN; three grandchildren, Kathleen Messatzzia, John Messatzzia and Rhiannon Radetzky; three great-grandchildren; A memorial service was conducted Monday, January 26 at 3:30 PM from the Fields of the Wood Church of God of Prophecy Worship Chapel with Pastor Donald Johnston officiating.
