Harvey Mack "Bally" Wooten, age 70, of Farner passed away on Thursday, July 11, 2024 at his home. Harvey was born on January 4, 1954 in Cleveland, TN to the late Ralph Wooten and Flossie Cronan Wooten. He was a member of Community Baptist Church. Harvey enjoyed watching westerns, listening to Johnny Cash, playing the french harp, and spending time with his grandchildren. Harvey is preceded in death by his parents, Ralph and Flossie Wooten; wife, Martha Dunn Wooten; sister, Cynthia Davis; and grandchild, Heather Trentham.

He is survived by his daughter, Angela (Ray) Raper of Farner; sons, Timothy Mack "Buck"(Carrie) Wooten of Mineral Bluff, and Ricky (Pam) Bell of Benton; grandchildren, Justin Trentham, Phillip (Dana) Trentham, Haven Wooten, Austin Wooten, and Cynthia (Logan) Farris; great-grandchildren, Charleigh Wooten, Kinsley Wooten, Novaleigh Wooten, Leigha Bradburn, Levi Trentham, and Kyren Trentham; brothers, Tony (Judy) Wooten of Benton, and Benny (Lucille) Wooten of Benton; sisters, Joyce (Jerry) Harron of Benton, and Susie (Eldon) Keith of Benton; brother-in-law, Dwayne Davis of Benton; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were conducted on Sunday, July 14, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. from the Community Baptist Church with Rev. Jonathan Smith and Rev. Phillip Trentham officiating. Music was provided by Nakema Smith, Gracie Burkett, and Abby Smith. Interment followed in the Community Baptist Church Cemetery with the following gentlemen serving as pallbearers, Randall Payne, Bobby Joe Dunn, Haven Wooten, Austin Wooten, Logan Farris, and Edward Payne. Honorary pallbearers were Lee Jones, Wade Dunn, Tommy Dunn, and Stanley Dunn.
