Mr. Harold Max Holden, age 79, of Epworth, GA passed away on October 12, 2022 in the Fannin Regional Hospital. He was born in Copperhill, TN to the late Roy and Reathel Mull Holden. Harold retired from the Tennessee Chemical Company after many years of service as a Railroad Superintendent. He was a member of Lebanon Baptist Church and was also a Past Master of McCay Lodge #423 F&AM and was a 32 Degree Mason. Harold was preceded in death by his parents;siblings, James Holden, L.G. Holden, Thomas J. Holden and Loretta Holden Wright.

Survivors includes his loving wife, Daphne Postelle Holden; children, Sherry Sosebee Frank, Jeffrey Harold Holden, Lisa Nicholson and Amanda Ginn; adopted children, Jamie and Mai Girton; brothers and sister-in-law, Travis Holden and Ronnie and Louise Holden; sister, Linda Dixon; grandchildren, Christopher Sosebee, Joshua Sosebee, Michael Holden, Karimae Holden and Karson Holden; adopted grandchildren, Hunter Girton and Logan Girton; great-grandchildren, Arianna Holden, McKinley Holden, Mason Holden and Hayden Holden.
