Mr. Guinn Edward Fowler, affectionately known as "Squirrely" age 88, of the Postelle Community of Ducktown, TN, passed away Tuesday, June 30, 2015. Guinn was born in Ducktown to the late William Thomas and Lemma Craig Fowler. He was retired from theTennessee Chemical Company where he had worked as a Crusher Foreman. He was a Navy Veteran serving in WWII and a member of the Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Postelle. He was an avid golfer and a member of the Copper Basin Golf Club. He was also preceded in death by a granddaughter, Rebecca Jeanne Sosebee.He is survived by his loving and dedicated wife of sixty eight years Jeanne Payne Fowler of the home; children, Ronald (Cyndi) Fowler of Kingston, TN, John (Marty) Fowler of Ducktown, TN, Kathy (Mike) Topolewski of Isabella, TN; brother, Donald (Carole) Fowler of Marietta, GA; grandchildren, Jeremy (Sondra) Fowler of Kingsport, TN, Shad (Becky) Fowler of Ducktown, TN, Melanie (Jon) Vines of Cleveland, TN, Lisa Fowler (Shasta) Marlow of San Leandro, CA, Brad (Sandy) Sosebee of Blue Ridge, GA, Amy Fowler (Ryan) Mitchell of London, England; great grandchildren, Joshua, Alex, Cole and Carson Fowler, Tyler and Emily Vines, Ella and Oliver Marlow, Logan and Lucas Sosebee and Molly Georgia Mitchell.Memorial services will be conducted Friday, July 3rd at 1:00 p.m. from the Akins of Copperhill Chapel with Rev. James Jenkins officiating. Music will be by Ryan and Holly Norton. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday from 11:00 a.m. until the service at 1:00 p.m. Memorial contributions in memory of Mr. Fowler may be made to the Mt.
