The Akins Funeral Home of Copperhill announces the death of Grace Frances Loudermilk, age 69, of Turtletown, who passed away Saturday, August 23rd in the Erlanger Medical Center. Grace was born in Union County, Georgia and was a member of the Mt. Vernon Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by parents, Milton and Azalee Dillard Satterfield, husband, Edward "Doc" Loudermilk, son, Randall Loudermilk, sisters, Grapel Verner and Vera LaFevers, and brothers, Wayne Satterfield and B.N.King.She is survived by daughter, Judy Platt of Blue Ridge, GA; brother and sister-in-law, Paul and wife Rita Satterfield of Clawson, MI; sister and brother-in-law, Shirley and husband James Harris of Copperhill, TN; Grandchildren, Zachary Talley & girlfriend Sarah Key; Haley and husband Daniel Loudermilk; several nieces, nephews and many other relatives and friends.Funeral services will be conducted Monday, August 25th at 8:00 p.m. from the Akins of Copperhill Chapel with Rev. Doug Howard officiating. Special music will be by Westley Harris. Interment will follow Tuesday, August 26th at 11:00 a.m. from the Mt.Vernon Baptist Church cemetery.
