The Akins Funeral Home of Copperhill announces the death of Gary Dean Cole, age 53, of Copperhill, TN who passed away Tuesday, October 7, 2008. Gary was a native of the Copper Basin area. He had worked in construction as a fork lift operator and attended Freedom Baptist church.He is survived by a son, Geoffrey Cole of Athens, TN; Funeral services will be conducted Friday, October 10th at 2:00 p.m. from the Akins of Copperhill Chapel.
