Mrs. Frieda Kay Mercer, age 67, of Blue Ridge, GA passed away Monday, September 14, 2015 at Fannin Regional Hospital. Mrs. Mercer was born on May 10, 1948 in Arcadia, FL to the late Gilbert Mercer and Georgie Mansfield Mercer. She was of the Baptist Faith.Per her wishes, Mrs. Mercer was cremated. Condolences may be left at www.akinsfuneralhome.com. Akins Funeral Home of Blue Ridge is in charge of arrangements.
