Fred Taft "Freddie" Prince, Jr., age 66 of Cleveland, TN passed away on Sunday, November 30, 2014 at his home. He was born in Polk County, TN on Friday, October 22, 1948 to the late Fred Prince, Sr. and Ila Lea Hembree Prince. Freddie was a coder operator at Georgia Carpet. He was a member of Sunrise Tabernacle. Freddie was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Wayne Prince and sister, Paulette Millsaps. Survivors are sons, Chris Prince of McCaysville, GA and Charles Prince of Cleveland, TN; brothers, Larry Prince of Marietta, OH and Gary Prince of Copperhill, TN; sister, Evelyn Dockery of Blue Ridge, GA; four grandchildren, Corey Mull, Tabitha Prince, Christopher Prince and Dominique Bowen; two great-grandchildren, Carver Bowen and Airyonnah Bowen. Funeral services were conducted on Wednesday, December 3, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. from the Akins of Copperhill Chapel with the Rev. Richard Mason officiating. Interment followed in the Sunrise Tabernacle Cemetery. Pallbearers were Dennis Allen, Chad Allen, Corey Hedden, Steve Taylor, Adam Pack and Joseph Quinn.
