Frannie Sue Dilbeck, age 59, of Ducktown, TN passed away on Thursday, August 26, 2021 at Erlanger Medical Center in Chattanooga, TN. She was born on April 23, 1962 in Ducktown, TN to Oscar "Bean" Dilbeck and Ervlene Towl Dilbeck. Frannie was a member of Mine City Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her father, Oscar "Bean" Dilbeck and her sister, Renee Dilbeck. Frannie is survived by her mother, Ervlene Dilbeck of Ducktown, TN; aunts, Peewee (Kenneth) Boring of Turtletown, Ellie Hickey of Turtletown, Katy (Gene) Ensley of Blue Ridge, Mary (Benny) Ensley of Blue Ridge, Junell (James) Millholland of Morganton, and Peggy Ledford of Brent, Alabama; long-term caregiver, Michelle Hancock; and many cousins. Graveside services will be conducted on Sunday, September 12, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. from the Zion Hill Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Brett Curtis and Benny Ensley officiating.
