Frankie Lou Lewis, age 71, of Blue Ridge, passed away on Friday, March 11, 2016 at Erlanger Medical Center in Chattanooga, TN. She was born in Fannin County, GA to the late William Arthur and Esther Leona Danner Patterson. She worked as an Inserter and Paper Carrier for The News Observer. She was preceded in death by her husband, Troy Lewis; sisters, Debra Deal and Barbara Dillard; and brother, Jimmy Patterson. She is survived by her daughter, Rhonda Lynn Dillingham and son-in-law Eric Rider of Blue Ridge; grandchildren, Haley Dillingham and Austin Rider; brothers, Danny Patterson and Michael Patterson of Blue Ridge; sisters, Carolyn Ward of Jasper, Patsy Rhodes of McCaysville, and Donna Garland of Blue Ridge. Memorial services will be conducted on Sunday, March 13, 2016 at 4:00 p.m. from the Akins Funeral Home of Blue Ridge Chapel with Rev. Darvin Couch officiating.
