Frank Hugh Huffman, Sr., age 83, of Blue Ridge, GA passed away Sunday, December 20, 2020 at his home. Mr. Huffman was born on October 31, 1937 in McCaysville, GA to the late Frank Huffman and Della Newberry Huffman. He worked as a supervisor for J&J Carpet Mill. He was preceded in death by a brother, Joe Lynn Huffman and an infant sister Elizabeth Huffman. He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Shirley Jean Couch Huffman of Blue Ridge; son and daughter-in-law, Frank H. Huffman, Jr. and Stephanie Huffman of White, GA; daughter, Greta Mathis of Blue Ridge, GA; brother, Thomas (Frankie) Huffman of Douglasville, GA; sister-in-law, Shirley Ryder Huffman of Rex, GA; sister-in-law, Mildred (Howard) Huffman of Douglasville, GA; four grandchildren, Christopher Hall, Erica Dean, Sarah Huffman, and Garrett Huffman; and two great grandchildren, Alyssa Marie Hall and Aaron Michael Dean. Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, December 23, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. from the Akins of Blue Ridge Chapel with Rev. Matthew McDaniel officiating. Interment will follow in the Mt.
