Frank Lamar Fair, age 80, of Epworth, passed away on Thursday, December 29, 2022 at his home. He was born on November 14, 1942, in Copperhill, to the late Frank Fort Fair and Anna Fritts Fair. Frank was a member of Lebanon Baptist Church. He worked for many years as a miner for Tennessee Chemical Company. He is preceded in death by his parents and sisters, Patsy Harvey and Brenda Pickelsimer.

Frank is survived by his wife of 59 years, Peggy Jean Reese Fair; sons and daughters-in-law, Rev. Jeff and Helen Fair, Tony Fair, Ronnie Fair, and Scott and Carol Ann Fair; brother, Tom Fair; sister, Frances Newberry; ten grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren; and numerous other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held at Akins-Cobb of Blue Ridge on Friday Evening, December 30, 2022 from 6:00 pm until 9:00 pm. A prayer service will be conducted following the visitation with Rev. Claude Mathis officiating. A private interment will be held at a later date in the Lebanon Baptist Church Cemetery. Condolences may be left for the family at www.akinscobb.com.
