Mrs. Frances Nora Newman, age 85, of Cleveland, TN, passed away Saturday, July 27, 2013 at her residence. Frances was born in Polk County, TN to the late Windom and Ivy Hughes Gaddis. She was retired from the Olan Mills Photography as a Sales Representative. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Joe Newman and son, James William Newman.She is survived by granddaughter, Jayme (Andrew) Wilkinson of Waynesboro, VA; sister, Beulah Helton of Mineral BLuff, GA; great-grandson, Gideon Wilkinson of Waynesboro, VA; several other family members.Mrs. Newman was cremated and no services are planned.
