Mrs. Frances Ann Dillard, age 79, of Isabella, passed away on Thursday, November 4, 2022 at her home. She was born on October 21, 1943 in Bradley County, to the late Fred Rapier and Ethel Jane Gibson Rapier. Frances was of the Pentecostal faith. She is preceded in death by her parents; her daughter, Amy Lenette Dillard; sisters, Louise Clark, Kate Osment, Becky Clabo, Doris Higdon, Jenny Land, and Wilma Wilson; and brothers, Elmer Rapier and James Rapier.

Frances is survived by her husband, Norman R.C. Dillard; daughter, Kimberly Dillard Allen; grandchildren, Samantha Erin Allen, Jonathan Hunter Gregory, Meghan Elisabeth Allen, and Jacob Evin Allen; great-grandchildren, Sydney Lyla Hughes, Eden Carolina Hughes, and Kiarra Elisabeth Vasquez; and siblings, Jessie Barker and Steve Rapier.

Funeral services were held on Monday, November 7, 2022 at 2:00 pm from the Akins-Cobb Copperhill Chapel with Rev. Donald Padgett officiating. Interment followed in the Mount Harmony Baptist Church Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers were Jacob Allen, Christopher Barker, Joshua Barker, Brady Hughes, Isaac Yang, and Joel McGee. Honorary pallbearers were Hunter Gregory, Tony Clabo, Joshua Faulkner, Troy Dillard, and John Simonds.
