Flavil "Keith" Brooks, age 65 of Selmer TN passed away March 4, 2016 at the Methodist University Hospital in Memphis, TN. Keith was born on March 12, 1950 to the late Flavil and Bernice Newman Brooks in Ducktown, TN. He worked as a dental hygienist. Keith was a member of the East Side Church of Christ in Selmer, TN. He was a veteran serving in the United States Air Force.Survivors are his wife, Debbie Brooks; son, Jeffrey Brooks; daughter and son-in-law, Jenny and Jeff Melson; grandchildren, Wesley Brooks and Lilly Melson; sisters and brothers-in-law, Andrea and Mark Honeycutt and Gayle and Marty Galloway.Graveside services were conducted on Monday, March 7, 2016 at 3:00 pm from the McCaysville Church of Christ Cemetery with Minister Gregg Worthey officiating.
