Evelyn Mull Young, age 78, of Blue Ridge, passed away on Saturday, June 29, 2019 at her home. Mrs. Young was born in Fannin County, on September 28, 1940 to the late Ernest and Mamie Patterson Mull. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Dewey Mull, Glen Mull, and Dewayne Mull. She is survived by her husband, James W. Young; daughters, Diane Young and Angie (Alan) Holcomb; sons, Gerald (Agayla) Young and Matt (Kristin) Young; sisters, Virginia Gray, Pauline Cobb, Nina Gatch, Mildred Stuart, and Linda Hulsey; grandchildren, Drew and Channing Johnstone, Autumn and Reid Young, Courtney, Caroline, and Daniel Tatum, and Allison (Andrew) Davis; and great-grandchildren, Draken Johnstone, Maddox Daily, Willow, Creed, and Cash Hyatt, and Charley and Milley Davis. Graveside services will be conducted on Friday, July 5, 2019 at 2:00 PM from Copper Ridge Memorial Gardens. Channing Johnstone, Drew Johnstone, Daniel Tatum, Reid Young, Michael Mull, and Joel Mann will serve as pallbearers.
