Mrs. Elsie Rosebelle Cross, age 84, of Mineral Bluff, GA, died Monday, March 5, 2012, at her home. She was a homemaker and was a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist. She was the daughter of the late Avery Henson and the late Pearl Hughes Henson and wife of the late Wade E. Cross.She is survived by one son: Tex Cross, Mineral Bluff, GA, one sister: Dorothy Garren, Mineral Bluff, GA, three grand children, Christopher James Cross, Christi Renee Cross, and Chrystal Ann Erwin, three great-grand children Nichole Ann Cross, Austin Lee Ervin and Kendra Wade Pittman. Funeral service will be at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church at 4:00 PM, Thursday, March 8, 2012, with Rev Roy Clore and Rev. Randy Hooper officiating. Music will be by the Church Choir. Interment will be in the church cemetery. Pallbearers will be Charlie Couch, Christopher Cross, Lee Erwin, Zeke Henson, Bob Galloway, Rick Garren, James Ross and Junior Pittman. The family will meet with friends at the funeral home Wednesday evening from 6 until 9 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family to help with final expenses.
