Ella Arp, age 85, of Mineral Bluff, GA passed away Friday, July 13, 2012. Ms. Arp was born in Fannin County, GA on November 25, 1926 to the late Harrison Arp and Ada Bell Arp. She was a member of Cornerstone Fellowship Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by a sister, Thelma Arp.She is survived by brother, Lester Arp of Mineral Bluff, GA; niece Desma (James) Davenport of Mineral Bluff, GA. Funeral services were held Sunday, July 15, 2012 at 3:00 p.m. from the Akins of Blue Ridge Chapel with Rev. Roy Clore, Rev. Max Curtis, and Rev. Paul Ray Morgan officiating. Music was by Linda Ware, Iva Bice, Rev. Paul Ray and Linda Morgan. Pallbearers were Scott Rogers, Jamie Bailey, Bob Hawkins, Glen Bailey, Marion McFarland and Richard Arp. Honorary pallbearers were Mike Prince, Archie Bice, Frankie Hyatt, J.C. Owenby, Charles Bailey, Earl Joslyn, Randal Bailey, Brent Carter and Etheridge Ware.
