Elizabeth Ann Worthey, age 68, of Morganton, GA, formerly of Lithonia, GA passed away Sunday, July 1, 2012. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She was a member of the Bethel Baptist Church in Lithonia, GA and attended The Church at Blue Ridge. Survivors include her husband, Jack Worthey of the home; children and their spouses, Tamra and James Burger of Blue Ridge, GA, Tony and Kelly Worthey of Stockbridge, GA, Tracie Levaughn of Blue Ridge, GA and Tabatha Worthy of Atlanta, GA; grandchildren, Amanda (Larry) Sisson, Andrew Burger, Justin Burger, Tiffany (Michael) Messer, Jarrett Worthey, Jesse Worthey, Alexis Chadwick, Mitchell Chadwick and Rachael Lavaughn; one sister, Louise Regin, Lithonia, GA ; one brother: Gene Chewning, Ruidoso, NM; and other relatives and friends.The family will receive friends in her memory on Friday July 6, from 6-9 p.m. from the Akins Funeral Home in Blue Ridge, GA. The family will also receive friends at the Henry Funeral Home on Friday July 13, from 6-9 p.m. in Lithonia, GA.
